Make A Noise

That is what Make A Noise is all about. Talking. Talking to our friends, to our parents, our teachers and and sometimes even professionals.

The first and easiest step is usually talking to your friends about what is on your mind. Quite often talking to them can help you get things clear in your head. They might know where you can get more information or have some good advice.

Some problems are bigger than that though, and we might have to talk to our parents or use one of the many confidential phonelines around. Kids Help Line is one that you might like to use if you have something on your mind. By calling them on 1800 55 1800 or visit their website them you can get professional advice from a counsellor who has information about lots of services in your area.

Finally, if things are very serious, one of your local health services might be able to offer you some great advice, or help you though a difficult time. You can find the contact details for these kinds of organisations in your phonebook or if you live in the Greater Southern area you can use the contact details on our database.
